End-user license agreement

License grant

Easy Audio grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Easy Stutter on up to three active personal devices.

Restrictions

You may not distribute the plugin, share or sell the license key, bypass activation, extract signing material, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, or use the software to operate a competing licensing service.

Ownership

The software, interface, documentation, trademarks and related intellectual property remain owned by Easy Audio and its licensors. The license grants usage rights, not ownership of the software.

Updates and service

Updates may change compatibility or require renewed acceptance of technical requirements. Activation services may be maintained, replaced or retired with reasonable continuity measures for legitimate license holders.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided subject to mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Easy Audio is not liable for indirect loss, lost sessions, lost data or third-party host incompatibility.
