What we collect

For purchases and licensing, Easy Audio processes your email address, product, payment/order identifiers, license status, device identifiers, activation timestamps and security audit events. We do not store full card details.

Why we process it

We use this information to deliver a license, activate up to the permitted number of devices, prevent fraud, provide support, process refunds and keep the service secure.

Service providers

Paddle processes checkout and payment information as merchant of record. Resend delivers transactional email. Supabase stores licensing records. Vercel hosts the API and site.

Retention and your rights

Records are retained only as long as needed for licensing, accounting, security and legal obligations. Contact easyaudioplugin@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Security

Private signing keys and provider credentials are stored server-side. License keys and verification codes are not written to ordinary application logs.
